Looking for FY2024 applications?

Beginning with the Fiscal Year 2024 application period, the Arizona Commission on the Arts has transitioned to a new submission platform, SurveyMonkey Apply. Applications for Fiscal Year 2024 funding must be submitted through this new platform at https://azarts.smapply.io/. Previous years' applications and Fiscal Year 2023 final reports are still housed in Submittable. This portal will remain open through the end of 2023.
